Kentucky Derby Pie

Mix together the following ingrediants:

• 1/2 Stick Margarine
• 1/2 cup corn starch
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tsp bourbon (can substitute vanilla)
• 1 pinch salt
• 2 tsp flour
• 1 cup pecans
• 6 oz chocolate chips

Pour into a deep dish pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees until middle is fairly solid.
