Indian Rub

2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp curry powder
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced

Mix into a paste, rub into chicken. Bake.
